About WynterRowan.com
WynterRowan.com is an author, stationery, creative-content, and online-shopping website. It may include books, blog posts, artwork, reader extras, digital downloads, printable products, and made-to-order physical merchandise.
Some products are created or fulfilled with the help of third-party service providers.
Orders & Purchase Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the items in your cart. An order may be declined, canceled, or refunded when reasonably necessary because of payment problems, suspected fraud, product or fulfillment unavailability, pricing or listing errors, shipping restrictions, or another issue that prevents the order from being completed.
You are responsible for reviewing your order information, selected options, email address, and shipping address before submitting the order.
Prices, Payments & Taxes
Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the store and may change before an order is placed. Sale prices and introductory prices may be available for a limited time.
Payment is processed through the payment options available at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other required charges may be added where appropriate.
If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, the affected order may be corrected or canceled and refunded rather than fulfilled at the incorrect amount.
Digital Products
Products identified as digital downloads are delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped for a digital-only purchase.
After payment is successfully processed, download access may be provided through the order page, email, customer account, or another protected WooCommerce download link.
You are responsible for maintaining a device, Internet connection, PDF reader, image viewer, printer, or other ordinary software or equipment needed to use the files.
Digital Product License
Unless a product listing expressly says otherwise, paid Wynter Rowan digital files are licensed for personal use only.
You may use purchased files for your own correspondence, journaling, decorating, personal events, gifts, or other uses specifically allowed by the product license. Finished printed pieces may be given as gifts when the product license allows it.
Digital files may not be shared, redistributed, resold, uploaded for others, included in digital bundles, claimed as your own work, or used commercially unless written permission or a separate commercial license expressly allows it.
Purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership of the designs.
Made-to-Order Physical Products
Some physical products are produced only after you place an order. These products may be fulfilled by a print-on-demand provider such as Printify and its participating Print Providers.
Because manufacturing can begin quickly, cancellations, address changes, size changes, color changes, or other order edits cannot always be made after an order enters production.
Minor differences in color, print placement, product texture, or appearance can occur between a screen preview and a finished physical product because monitors, materials, printing processes, and fulfillment providers vary.
Shipping & Delivery
Physical products may have separate production and transit times. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees unless a specific service expressly says otherwise.
Orders containing items produced by different fulfillment providers may arrive in separate packages.

Returns & Refunds
Digital products and made-to-order physical products follow different return and refund rules.
Digital purchases are generally non-refundable once download access has been provided, except when required by law or when a genuine file problem cannot reasonably be corrected.
Made-to-order physical products generally are not returned or exchanged for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or an unwanted color or variation when the item was produced as ordered. Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items may qualify for a replacement or refund after review.

Print-Shop Permission
When a purchased printable expressly permits professional printing for personal use, you may provide the files to a professional print shop solely to produce printed copies for your own permitted personal use.
This does not allow the print shop or purchaser to resell, redistribute, retain for unrelated use, or commercially exploit the digital files.
Words, Art & Other Creative Work
Unless otherwise stated, the original content appearing on WynterRowan.com is owned by or licensed for use by the website owner.

- Downloadable files and product designs
- Other original site materials
Content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified, sold, or used commercially without permission except where permitted by applicable law or an express license.
Automated Scraping & AI Training
Unless written permission is provided, you may not use automated tools, bots, crawlers, scraping software, or similar systems to systematically collect original Wynter Rowan writing, artwork, illustrations, downloadable materials, or product designs for commercial databases, datasets, content libraries, or machine-learning training.
Ordinary search-engine indexing and other legitimate uses authorized by the website owner are not prohibited by this section.
Please Don’t Do These Things
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems
- Introduce malware or harmful code
- Use the website or store for fraudulent or unlawful activity
- Attempt to bypass download or payment protections
- Share protected customer download links with unauthorized users
- Harvest personal information from the site
- Copy or commercially exploit site content without permission
- Use automated systems in a way that places unreasonable strain on the website
Messages & Things You Send Me
Please only submit material that you have the right to send and that does not violate another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.
Sending an unsolicited idea, design, story concept, title, character idea, illustration idea, or other creative material does not create a confidential, employment, partnership, fiduciary, or compensation relationship.
Product Information & Availability
I try to keep product descriptions, images, dimensions, prices, availability, and other store information accurate, but mistakes or technical errors can happen. Information may be corrected or updated when needed.
Products may be changed, discontinued, temporarily unavailable, or replaced when a supplier or fulfillment provider changes its catalog.
Third-Party Services & Websites
WynterRowan.com may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, fulfillment providers, carriers, book retailers, social media platforms, and related websites.
Those services operate under their own terms and policies. A link or integration does not mean that I control the third-party service.
Privacy
