Payments

Payments are processed through the payment services enabled on WynterRowan.com, including WooPayments and any other payment provider made available at checkout.

Information needed to process a payment may be sent securely to the payment provider. WynterRowan.com may receive payment status and limited payment-related details needed to manage the order, but full payment-card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored directly by me.

Digital Downloads

For downloadable products, WooCommerce may keep records showing which files an order is permitted to access and information about download activity. This helps provide purchased files and troubleshoot download problems.

Download links may be protected so that paid files cannot be accessed through an ordinary public file URL.

Made-to-Order Physical Products

Some physical products may be produced and shipped by a print-on-demand fulfillment provider such as Printify and its participating Print Providers.

When needed to fulfill an order, information such as the recipient name, shipping address, contact information, ordered product, and shipping details may be shared with the fulfillment provider and carrier. They use that information to manufacture, ship, track, and support the order.

Customer Accounts
